How do I return an item/order?
Any orders can be returned in their unused state with original tags and packaging intact within 30 days of receiving it. Please contact us via email if you wish to return an order.
I don’t have/use PayPal, can I do a direct bank transfer?

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are sent next day apart from Saturdays when they will be sent on Monday morning. All UK orders usually arrive between 3 to 5 days. All international orders are usually between 5 to10 days dependent on location and shipping method. Delivery times can vary over bank holidays and festive periods so please allow a few extra days.
Do you cover returns costs?
No, we do not cover the costs of returning/exchanging items. All returns should be paid for by the customer. We cannot be held accountable for any returns/exchanges lost in transit, therefore we advise that they are sent via tracked mail.
